At Arisia Core, every piece is made-to-order with careful craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

No Returns, No Exchanges

All items are handcrafted for each customer.
For this reason, we do not offer:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Size exchanges
  • Order cancellations after production has begun

Please ensure your size, measurements, and order details are correct before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue
  3. Your contact details

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement only if the item delivered is incorrect or damaged.

Non-Eligible Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Color variation due to lighting/screen differences
  • Minor stitching variations, as all pieces are handmade
  • Delay caused by courier partners

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production, as the piece is made specifically for you.
