Arisia Core does not store or have access to your card details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed, production begins immediately.
As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Processing and dispatch typically take 5–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability.

Arisia Core is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Unreachable addresses
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not accept:

We offer replacements only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
