    Delivery time may vary based on location, courier workload, and unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your:

  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate.
Arisia Core is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Unreachable recipient

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen circumstances

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the package and item
  • We will verify and process a replacement if applicable

Refunds are not provided for made-to-order garments.
