Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As each Arisia Core garment is made-to-order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. This ensures every piece is crafted exclusively for you with precision and intention.
Custom and Standard Sizes:
All garments, including custom and standard sizes, are produced upon order and are final sale. Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.
Alterations:
If you require post-purchase alterations, we are happy to assist. The customer is responsible for one-way shipping costs for any adjustments.
Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, production begins immediately; cancellations are not possible.
